The Industrial Alliance VRSP in 3 easy steps:

SUBSCRIBE

The employer completes the VRSP request form online at iavrsp.com. This takes about 5-10 minutes. At this step, the employer must also inform its employees of the company’s intention to set up a VRSP. Industrial Alliance can provide a letter template to make this easier!

ENROL

The employer enrols its employees in the VRSP, directly on our secure website. The employer also notifies us of those employees who have opted out of the plan.

DEDUCT

The employer deducts contributions from employee’s pay and remits them to Industrial Alliance.
